A Zamindari Muslim Lambardar family from Budhana, a small town in Muzaffarnagar district, Uttar Pradesh, India, Siddiqui, was born on 19 May 1974. In his family, there are eight siblings, and he is the oldest of them all. It was in Uttarakhand that he spent most of his youth.
